Audrey Ochoa is one of Edmonton's most prolific trombone players, playing Jazz, Rock, Pop, Latin, Punk, Ska and whatever other genre will have her.  She released her debut album, "Trombone and Other Delights" in 2014 and followed this up with an album recorded with her trio titled "Afterthought" in 2017.  Audrey released "Frankenhorn" in 2020, an ambitious project that introduced strings into her previous configuration of trombone, piano, bass and drums and added some contemporary and Latin jazz as well. 

Her upcoming album "The Head of a Mouse" is set to be released on September 29th.  This album is equally ambitious and incorporates 12 musicians spread across 13 tracks.  The recording builds on Audrey's previous work and infuses styles she grew up playing, including Ska and Salsa.
